Ask #2 - Support the publication of the ERA in the National Archives
Ask #3 - Help protect immigrants at risk

Script:
I am an American citizen calling from (state) with three urgent requests of President Biden and his Administration:
1) Please order the FBI to begin background checks into President-elect Trump’s nominees immediately and work to expedite the clearance process for the most sensitive jobs overseeing the State Department, Defense Department, Health and Human Services, and all national intelligence appointments including the CIA, FBI and Homeland Security; 2) please give notice to the National Archivist to formally publish and certify the ERA as the 28th Amendment; and 3) Take the actions requested by Senators Padilla, Lujan and Cortez Masto and designate, redesignate, and extend Temporary Protected Status for eligible countries, and protect deferred action recipients via expedited processing and expansion of legal pathways.
I appreciate having all three of these important asks be noted for the President's urgent attention! Thank you.

Background on Ask #1 - Ask for FBI background checks on Trump nominees immediately.
This one is obvious on its face.

Background on Ask #2 - Support the publication of the ERA in the National Archives
Indivisible has joined the “Biden Publish the ERA” alliance, a coalition of organizations and medical associations urging President Biden to enshrine gender equality into our Constitution by publishing the Equal Rights Amendment. The ERA has cleared the threshold for ratification, but it’s been held up because of GOP opposition and legal debates. By publishing the ERA, the Biden-Harris Administration can put guardrails on the incoming Trump Administration and provide a critical tool for combating discrimination against women, girls, and LGBTQ+ people nationwide.

Background on Ask #3 - Help protect immigrants at risk
Three Latino Democratic Senators, including California's Senator, Alex Padilla, Cortez Masto (D-NV), Lujan (D-NM) are calling on the Biden administration have sent letter that calls on President Biden to “act decisively,” to help protect Dreamers and TPS holders during President Biden’s remaining weeks in office. Let's elevate this important ask of these leading Senators!

Wasn't that easy? Thanks for taking action!
