This year, the road to keeping the House in Democratic control runs right through California! WE are the battleground state! And with the June 7th primary less than two months away, we need to engage with voters now. Strong performances by Democrats in the primary will send an unmistakable signal to the GOP and the media that Democrats are fired up to keep the House blue in November!
Beginning this Saturday, we’ll be calling voters in CA District 47 to introduce many of them to the fabulous Katie Porter. These are new voters for her because of recent state redistricting. She is being challenged by four Republicans and only the top two candidates – regardless of party affiliation - will advance to the November 8th midterm election. The script for this campaign is concise and the CallHub dialer is user friendly.
We are partnering with Activate America and Go Green Vote Blue to reach out to less-frequent but likely-Democratic voters to educate them about their Congressional candidate and encourage them to vote in this year’s primary and midterm elections. We have a dedicated phone team to guide our volunteers and foster a spirit of camaraderie along the way.As always, training is available at the beginning of each session. Technical support and camaraderie are available throughout!
